When Shady Hills Waste Treatment Facility needed to re-purpose a 20-year old truck maintenance facility into a modern high rack storage warehouse the challenge was uneven and contaminated concrete. NST was able to check the contamination levels in the concrete and prescribe a warranted solution to solve all of the customers needs and requirements. When we were done renovating the interior substrate of the old maintenance building the owner was pleasantly surprised with “the flattest floors we have ever seen.”

Light Weight Self-Leveling Underlayment was the need at CHSS in Columbia, SC when the application of over 2.5″ of SLU was required to level out the elevated floors and eliminate the deflection in the concrete structure.
